The long-hauler. Roomy enough for the family, quiet enough to fall asleep in — the rig we reach for when the trip is long.
Well-kept rigs · Old-world care
The rigs are kept the way the horses are. A small fleet of motorhomes and fifth wheels on a working horse property — inspected, cleaned, and handed over with old-world care. Come walk the place; the gate is open.
I · The Fleet
Six rigs, kept on the ground
Four Class A motorhomes and two fifth wheels, each given room to breathe. They live beside the barn, on the same ground the horses know better than we do. Every one is inspected, cleaned, and topped off before it is handed over.
Walk the yard and look at them the way you would up close. The details are the point.

The long-hauler. Roomy enough for the family, quiet enough to fall asleep in — the rig we reach for when the trip is long.

A Winnebago-built diesel pusher with the manners to match. Smooth and settled — built to be driven, not just parked.

Tiffin's thirty-seven-foot Allegro Bay. Two slides, a proper kitchen, and the quiet of a well-built coach. The all-rounder.

The big one. Forty feet of Tiffin Phaeton with room to stand in every corner. Our longest rig — and the one people come to see.

The newest on the property. A 2021 Dutchmen Yukon — residential inside, easy to tow, and the rig we hand to first-timers. The living area, below.

A 2018 Keystone Laredo with three slides and a fireplace. Comfortable for a small family — and the interior is worth the walk around. Inside, below.
II · The Care
Inspected, cleaned, and handed over — with the small details that build trust. If a thing is good, it stays; if it is worn, it is fixed. Not swapped.
Every rig is walked the full length before you arrive. Every door, every light, every strap — the way a farrier checks a foot.
Cleaned inside and out, the way a stall is turned. The small things — the first fill of water, the coffee — are already done.
Fuel, water, propane, batteries. Checked and topped off, so the first morning is yours — not a checklist.
You get a walkthrough at the gate — how it is driven, what to watch, where the things live. No hurry, no script.
Sunday oiling, no hurry
The same morning, before every rental. The rigs know it before you do.
The yard is walked; every rig accounted for
Tires, fluids, lights — every one checked
Inside: cleaned, stocked, reset — the way a stall is turned
Topped off: fuel, water, propane, batteries
The walkthrough, with you, at the gate
Your keys — handed over, not dropped off
III · The Grounds
First light, the paddock
It is a working horse property. The rigs live beside the barn, on the same ground the horses know better than we do. The barn is kept the way it has always been kept — the stalls turned, the horses fed, the quiet of a place that is tended daily.
That is what makes these rentals different. You are not renting from a yard. You are renting from a place.
The barn, kept daily
IV · The Handshake
No appointment needed — call ahead and we will have the coffee on. Walk the yard, see the rigs, stand a while at the fence. If it feels right, it will feel right by the time you reach the gate.
Received. We will call you back within a day — usually sooner.
